Thanks for making this yet another successful festival year! 

Here are the top ten films as voted by you, the audience at this weekend's Our Island, Our World Film Festival.

We will be purchasing these for the library, and they should be on the shelves by early Fall.  In the meantime, Tim and John at Island Star have some of the films shown at the festival.....ask their staff to point you in the right direction. They also have many other fine documentaries.

  1. Pete Seeger: Power of Song won the Audience Choice Award hands down. The film became a spontaneous sing-along!  wonderful!

The Gulf Islands Film and Television School scholarships were won by Emily McPhee (youth) and Ahava Shira (adult).
